All these questions and more will be tackled in this special two seminar presentation, by leading Crossfit Coaches, Tom BOld (Crossfit Bold) and Jack Heneghan (In2 Crossfit Clapham). This Saturday seminar special edition is split into the following


Seminar 1 : The Crossfit Legacy

4:30pm - 5:30pm, Balance Physiotherapy


Head Coaches, Jack Heneghan and Tom Bold will be setting the record straight  about crossfit and their own personal approach in their own crossfit gyms in London.


Seminar 2: W.O.D  (Workout of The Day)

5:45pm - 6:45pm, In2 Crossfit Clapham


Head Coach Jack  will then take everyone who is interested, over to his newly launched Crossfit Clapham so that they can experience a training session first hand. Sharp, intense fun.

The Crossfit Coaches


Tom Bold, Crossfit Bold

Hailing from a background in professional rugby, Tom has always been heavily involved in sport and fitness. After being selected for Great Britain under 18's squad and playing 3 seasons for Harlequins RL he decided it was time for a change.


Whilst acquiring Premier Diploma in personal training and sports massage therapy Tom was introduced to a training system called CrossFit. At first it was a very foreign concept to him and he dabbled in and out, never really committing to it as a training method. Gradually, as he learned more about CrossFit it became clear that the positive effects were so profound and overwhelmingly obvious that he switched to this method for good. The 'sport of fitness' allowed Tom to combine his two main passions and open his gym, CrossFit Bold.

 


Jack Heneghan, In2 Crossfit Clapham


 In2 CrossFit Clapham, is a London based strength and conditioning facility. We offer CrossFit training, BJJ and Olympic Lifting sessions. Everyone is welcome here no matter what level of fitness. We always ensure that there is 1 coach for every 10 people training. Our workouts are hard and intense and fit in perfectly with the hectic London lifestyle. The workouts are centered around functional movements such as the squat, deadlift, pull up and push up, we train the body the way it was designed to. A CrossFit gym is unlike any other training facility, the coaches know everyone by name and they make sure that as well as encouragement during workouts they also provide ed functional movements such as the squat, deadlift, pull up and push up, we train the body the way it was designed to.
